LED Modules

LED modules are commonly used where even illumination is required across signage panels, lettering or display surfaces. Each module contains multiple LEDs mounted on a small board, allowing installers to position lighting precisely behind signage faces or within lightboxes.

Most LED modules operate on 12V constant-voltage systems and are designed to be spaced evenly across the sign or display surface to create consistent illumination. What are LED modules used for?
LED modules are small, pre-wired lighting units used in signs, built-up letters, lightboxes, fascias and retail displays. They provide bright, even backlighting and are ideal for both indoor and outdoor signage.
Are LED modules dimmable?
Yes. Most LED modules are dimmable when paired with a compatible LED driver or dimmer. Options include TRIAC, 0-10V, PWM or DMX dimming depending on your setup.
Do LED modules need a specific power supply?
Yes. LED modules require a constant-voltage LED driver matched to their rated voltage, typically 12V or 24V. Leave at least 20 percent extra wattage for safe and stable operation.
Are LED modules waterproof?
