Delivery Information

We dispatch orders the same day when placed before 2pm, with free next-day delivery available for qualifying UK mainland orders. Need it earlier? We offer timed delivery slots and Saturday options too.

🚚 UK Mainland Delivery

Our standard service is next working day delivery for all mainland UK addresses. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.

*Orders meeting the free delivery threshold qualify for free next-day shipping. An equivalent value of £10+VAT will be deducted when selecting premium delivery options.


🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scottish Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other remote areas may take an additional 1-2 working days and may incur a surcharge. You'll see the available options and costs at checkout.


🌍 International Delivery

We ship worldwide! International orders are supplied exclusive of UK VAT, but please note that import duties, local taxes, and customs fees may apply in your country.

⚠️ Important: You are responsible for any import charges. We ship on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.

📦 Large & Heavy Items

Some items due to size or weight may have different delivery options or require pallet delivery. These will be shown at checkout. If you're ordering a mix of standard and large items, the delivery charge will reflect the larger items.


🔧 Products Requiring Assembly

A few products — such as projection signs — need final assembly and testing before dispatch. These items will have the expected dispatch time shown on their product page. Rest assured, we'll still get them to you as quickly as possible.


📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery and see the estimated arrival time.


⏰ Late Deliveries

If you've paid for a timed delivery (e.g., before 12pm) and the courier delivers late, we'll refund the full delivery cost immediately.

💡 Tip: Please check your goods on receipt so we can act swiftly to correct any problems. Report any issues within 48 hours for the fastest resolution.


📦 Split Shipments

Unless you request otherwise, we'll hold your order until everything is ready to ship together. If you need part of your order urgently, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate a split shipment.

What's the cut-off time for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, ship the next working day.
Which courier do you use?
We use a range of couriers depending on the size and destination of your order to ensure the best service. Tracking details will be provided in your dispatch email.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is available from our Leeds warehouse. Please contact us to arrange a collection time.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First, check your tracking link for the latest status. If there's an issue or the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately at sales@weloveleds.co.uk or call 0113 252 4706.
