  • E10 Flat Cabochon with 60mm diameter cap in Chrome only

    With a choice of 15 DIAMANTE cap colours:
    Aqua, Clear, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Green, Red, Opal, Fuchsia, Magenta, Purple, Turquoise, Fluorescent Pink, Fluorescent Yellow & Fluorescent Orange

    The flat cabochon base is 63mm dia, and with the standard E14 40mm dia cap, the overall height is 21mm.
    It has an extended back which protrudes 14mm and is 18mm dia.
    A standard E10 lampholder would screw into the this part from the back
    Our E10 Flat Fairground lights create a different effect from the standard cabochons, giving an stunning illumination to the face whilst being very low profile units.
    They are made of multicolor transparent metachrylate and have a bright effect with central luminous lens.

    Complete unit comprises:
    1. 1no E10 Flat cabochon and cap 
    2. 1no E10 Spike Lampholder and Nut
    3. 1no E10 0.9w 24v 16-LED bulb

    You will need an appropriately sized 24v Power Supply Unit (PSU) to illuminate these. Click here to have a look.

  • Fitting:
    Drill a 14mm hole in your panel or letter face, push the spike lamp holder fitting through the back of the hole and screw the E10 Base to the front on the thread of the spike fitting. Easy.
    The LED or incandescent bulb can be screwed in through the centre of the base and then the cap is screwed over the top.
    This isn't only a very simple method for the initial fix, it is also perfect for the maintenance of the sign as you only need to be able to get to the face.
