Classic 128 LED Light Sheet – Even Backlighting for Awkward Shapes
Some signs and displays will not take a strip or a rigid module. Curved reception fronts, shallow lightboxes, irregular shapes cut to a template. The Classic 128 LED Light Sheet is built for exactly those jobs: a thin flexible panel that lights evenly across its whole face and can be cut and shaped to fit.
Here's how it works: 128 surface-mount 2835 LEDs sit on a flexible PCB behind 175° wide-angle lenses. The wide lenses spread each LED's output so the panel reads as one even sheet of light rather than a grid of dots, even close behind diffuser. Power clips onto a terminal at the panel edge; further panels link off it with Jumper Cables.
Why it matters: Uneven backlighting is the fastest way to make a professional sign look cheap, visible hotspots, dark bands between LEDs, bright corners. A wide-angle sheet at the right depth removes that problem, and because it flexes and cuts, one product covers shapes that would otherwise need custom fabrication.
Buying singles or a 4-pack? The connectors differ, read this first:

A 4-pack arrives ready to install as a linked run. No separate connector order needed for a standard 4-panel job.
If you buy individual sheets (any quantity that is not a full pack multiple):
- The sheet only. No Power Cable or Jumper Cables are included.
- Connectors are bought separately to suit your layout: one Power Cable per run (feeds up to 10 sheets), plus one Jumper Cable for each join between panels.
In short: Full 4-packs come with all the connectors for that pack. Loose single sheets come with no connectors. If you are buying singles and linking them, add a Power Cable and the right number of Jumper Cables to your order.

A flexible printed circuit, roughly A4-ish in size, carrying 128 LEDs behind wide-angle lenses, with a sticky back and edge power terminals. It behaves like a sheet of even light that you can bend to a curve and cut to a shape.

Cutting & Customisation
The sheet has cut lines at every LED position. Trim along the marked lines with sharp scissors or a craft knife to fit irregular shapes or exact lightbox sizes. A cut section needs a new power connection point on the piece you intend to keep powered. Seal cut edges if there is any moisture risk, though note this is an IP20 panel for dry indoor use only.
Installation & Compatibility
- Mounting: Pre-applied adhesive on the rear. Fix to a clean, dry, smooth surface. No extra hardware needed for most installs.
- Power connection: Clips onto the panel edge terminal using the Power Cable. Further panels link with Jumper Cables.
- Compatible supplies: Any 24V DC constant-voltage LED supply, sized above total load. A 4-panel run is 96W (use 120W minimum); a 10-panel run is 240W (use 300W).
- Compatible dimmers: Any 24V DC PWM or 0-10V dimmer rated for total system load.
- Maximum chain: 10 panels per supply feed. Larger installs need multiple power zones, the technical team can plan distribution.

- Batch consistency: Sheets ordered together are matched from one production batch for consistent colour. Sheets bought at different times may vary slightly in tone.
- Driver sizing: Always size the 24V supply above total load. 24W per sheet x panel count, then up to the next sensible supply rating.
- Professional installation: For commercial or complex multi-panel arrays, professional installation is recommended to get power distribution and panel matching right.
