Classic 128 LED Light Sheet (No Lens) – Ultra-Slim Profile for Custom Shapes
An ultra-slim flexible LED panel for jobs where depth and shape matter. Built without beam angle lenses, it measures just 5.8mm thick and fits where standard lensed panels are too bulky. Each 503mm x 240mm sheet carries 128 high-efficiency 2835 LEDs at over 2,800 lumens, with a natural 120° beam angle, and can be cut to almost any shape.
Soldered connections only, read this before buying:
This panel ships with no pre-attached connectors. It is not compatible with the clip-on Power Cable or Jumper Cables used on the standard lensed sheets. Every connection, power in and panel-to-panel links, must be soldered by the installer to the marked + and - pads.
If you are not confident soldering to a PCB, buy the standard lensed panel with clip-on connectors instead.
Removing the lenses does two things: it drops the thickness for tight-depth builds, and it leaves clean panel edges so you control exactly where the wires enter. Cut lines at every LED let you trim to intricate shapes, logos and curves a rigid panel cannot follow, down to a 25mm bend radius. Available in Pure White (6000K), Warm White (3000K), and Red, Blue, Green, Yellow and Orange.

Product Supply Options
Available as individual sheets or as a value 4-pack. Panels are supplied without pre-attached connectors. All electrical connections must be soldered by the installer.
What You Receive:
- Classic 128 LED Light Sheet (No Lens) (503mm x 240mm) – Flexible PCB with 128 x 2835 LEDs, no lenses, pre-mounted adhesive backing, marked cut lines at every LED, and marked + / - solder pads
- No pre-attached connectors – Clean panel edges for minimal-depth fitting; the installer solders wires directly to the marked connection points
- 4-pack – Four sheets at a discounted rate for larger multi-panel projects. No connectors are included with the 4-pack; this is a soldered panel with no clip-on cables.
What's Not Included:
- 24V DC power supply – Required for operation. Size to total load (24W per sheet) with headroom. Browse 24V Power Supplies.
- LED dimmer / controller – Optional, for brightness control. Must be 24V DC and rated for total system wattage. Browse LED Dimmers & Controllers.
- Electrical cable – Buy the appropriate gauge for your install. Minimum 0.5mm² (20 AWG) for single-sheet connections; heavier for daisy-chained runs (see Technical Specifications).
- Soldering equipment – A temperature-controlled soldering iron and quality rosin-core solder are required for all connections.
- Mounting accessories – The rear adhesive suits most clean, dry surfaces; additional clips or channels are available if adhesive is unsuitable.

Why No Lens
The standard Classic 128 uses lenses to widen the beam to 175° and even out the light behind a diffuser. This version removes them. You lose the lens diffusion (beam is the natural 120° of the bare 2835 LED) but gain a slimmer 5.8mm profile, a lighter panel (approx 165g vs the lensed version), and clean edges with no fixed connector position. It is the right choice when fit and routing freedom matter more than the widest possible spread.
Installation
- Mounting: Pre-applied adhesive on the rear. Bonds to acrylic, polycarbonate, metal, wood, and smooth plastics. Apply to a clean, dry surface.
- Wire routing: Solder power connections wherever the install needs them. Multiple pad locations around the perimeter give flexible entry, useful on irregular cut shapes.
- Dimming: Works with any 24V DC PWM or 0-10V dimmer rated for the total system load.
Soldering & Electrical Connections
- Method: All connections soldered directly to the marked + / - pads. Use quality rosin-core solder and a temperature-controlled iron (320–350°C recommended).
- Wire gauge: Minimum 0.5mm² (20 AWG) for a single-sheet connection. Size up for daisy-chained runs to carry cumulative current.
- Power distribution: Sheets connect in parallel, each drawing 1A at 24V. Cable gauge must suit the current at the point it carries: a leg feeding 4 sheets carries 4A, so use 1.0mm² minimum from the supply to the first sheet.
Cutting & Customisation
- Custom shapes: Cut lines at every LED position. Trim with sharp scissors or a craft knife along the marked lines; the flexible PCB cuts cleanly without damaging adjacent LEDs.
- After cutting: Solder new power connections to the exposed pads nearest the cut edge.
- Sealed or humid environments: Seal cut edges with silicone conformal coating. Note this remains an IP20 panel for dry indoor use only.
System Planning
- Single sheet: 503mm x 240mm coverage (0.12m²), 24W draw.
- 4-panel run: 96W total load, use a 120W minimum 24V supply.
- 10-panel run (maximum per feed): 240W total load, use a 300W 24V supply with appropriate cable sizing.
- Beyond 10 panels: Split into multiple power zones with independent wiring per section.
