LED Neon Flex

LED Neon Flex lighting for signage, shopfronts, retail displays and architectural lighting. Our silicone Neon Flex lights deliver a smooth, dot-free line of light with the reliability and efficiency of low-voltage LED technology.

Available in 12V and 24V options, our LED Neon Flex range includes compact mini profiles for tighter bends as well as RGB Neon Flex for colour-changing installations. For exterior projects, IP65 and IP67 rated outdoor Neon Flex options provide improved resistance to water and weather exposure.

12V Neon Flex is typically suited to shorter runs and compact signage, while 24V Neon Flex supports longer continuous lines with reduced voltage drop. Selected products are also available in 230V formats for specific mains-powered applications and larger architectural lighting runs.

Neon Flex installations are normally powered using compatible LED drivers and may be dimmed or colour-controlled using suitable LED controllers. For alternative linear lighting applications, installers may also consider LED strip lights.

It's shatter-resistant, cool to touch, and bends easily around curves. Traditional neon uses fragile glass tubes filled with gas that require high voltage and specialist installation.
Can LED Neon Flex be cut to size?
Yes, most LED Neon Flex can be cut at designated cutting marks (typically every 10mm–100mm depending on the product). Always cut only at the marked points and seal the ends correctly. Check your specific product's cutting intervals before ordering.
What is dotless or silicone LED Neon Flex?
Dotless LED Neon Flex uses a diffused silicone housing to eliminate visible LED hotspots, creating a smooth, continuous line of light. The silicone construction also improves flexibility, UV resistance and weather protection, making it ideal for professional signage and outdoor installations.
Is LED Neon Flex suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, when you choose IP65, IP67 or IP68 rated LED Neon Flex. IP65 is suitable for general outdoor signage and splash exposure, while IP67 and IP68 provide increased protection against water ingress for more exposed installations. What power supply do I need for LED Neon Flex?
Match the voltage (typically 12V, 24V or 230V) and calculate total wattage based on the installed length. Add at least 20% headroom to your power calculation. For example: 5 metres at 10W/m = 50W total load, so use a minimum 60W power supply. We can help calculate this for your project.
How long does LED Neon Flex last?

Can LED Neon Flex be dimmed?
