Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, if you have an approved credit account with us. Contact sales@weloveleds.co.uk to apply. For one-off orders, we accept bank transfer with payment in advance.
Can I use my trade discount with Klarna?
Yes! Apply your trade discount code at checkout first, then select Klarna as your payment method. You'll get 10% off and can still spread the payments.
Is there a minimum order for trade accounts?
No minimum order for the trade discount — use it on any order, any size. Credit accounts may have minimum order requirements depending on terms agreed.
My payment was declined — what should I do?
First, check your card details are correct and you have sufficient funds. If the problem persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also call us on 0113 252 4706 to place an order over the phone.
Do you accept payment in other currencies?
All payments are processed in GBP (British Pounds). If you're paying from abroad, your bank will convert the amount at their exchange rate.
