Building Work Starts to Reduce Traffic Noise and Heat
We are excited to announce that the building work to reduce traffic noise and heat is finally starting! This work has been planned for a long time, and we are delighted that it is finally underway.
The work will involve installing a second skin of windows on the building, as well as a new air conditioning system. This will help to reduce the noise and heat from the M62 and M621 motorways, which are very close to our building.
The second skin of windows will be made of a thicker, more insulating material. This will help to block out the noise from the motorways, and it will also help to keep the building cooler in the summer.
The new air conditioning system will be more efficient than the old system.
This will help to reduce our energy costs, and it will also help to keep the building cooler in the summer.
We hope the work will be completed within 4-6 weeks. We will keep you updated on our progress.
In addition to the noise and heat reduction benefits, the new windows and air conditioning system will also improve the overall energy efficiency of our building. This will save us money on our energy bills, and it will also help to reduce our environmental impact.
We are confident that the new building work will make our workplace more comfortable and efficient. We are grateful for the patience and understanding of our team during this time, and we look forward to sharing the finished product with you soon.
