A: As soon as you have submitted your order, the delivery address is verified. To help prevent fraud, we cannot change the delivery address after your order is submitted and verified. Someone else can sign for the parcel, but it must be at the original delivery address.
A: Before placing your order, please make sure you have included everything you need as it is difficult to make any changes once the order has been submitted. Your order immediately enters our order processing system, so there's a chance any late changes could be missed.

A: Yes. We input your contact details with DPD for every delivery. Once the products have been collected you will be contact by DPD directly with your tracking details within a few hours.
