    Can I Change My Delivery Address?

    A: As soon as you have submitted your order, the delivery address is verified. To help prevent fraud, we cannot change the delivery address after your order is submitted and verified. Someone else can sign for the parcel, but it must be at the original delivery address.

    Can I Change My Order?

    A: Before placing your order, please make sure you have included everything you need as it is difficult to make any changes once the order has been submitted. Your order immediately enters our order processing system, so there's a chance any late changes could be missed.

    Can I Track My Order?

    A: Yes. We input your contact details with DPD for every delivery. Once the products have been collected you will be contact by DPD directly with your tracking details within a few hours.

    I Live Nearby, Can I Collect My Order Instead?

    A: Yep. Just select 'Instore Collection' for the delivery option on checkout. If you can let us now in the notes section when we can expect you to collect that would be great. By default, your order will be boxed up ready to collect within 2 hrs of ordering.

    I Live Outside the UK, Do You Deliver Overseas?

    A: You can purchase goods from us if you are overseas, but we ask you to organise your own carriage. We will give you the size and weight info once we know what you want, and we're happy to wrap everything suitably for you.
