Practical LED Training Courses

Course 1

Have you found yourself wanting to use LED lighting in your project, but not sure where to start? You're not alone.

We are launching a beginners 1 day practical course on how to use LED's in the sign industry. It will concentrate on the basics showing the types of LEDs available, how they are used, and how to correctly wire them up to make sure they're safe and fit for purpose.

The course is aimed at complete beginners and will cover:

• LED modules, strips and cabochon lighting, plus an introduction to LED Flex.
• Colour options and RGB solutions.
• The power supplies and how to figure out which is the correct one to use.
• How to dim and control the LED.
• The soldering process

We're considering developing a practical LED neon assembly course, discussing the components and making a finished sign from scratch on a 1 day course.
